Even if I win the lottery there is no way I can see my Zodiac (SORN'd 5 years) being sorted for Gaydon. Never having been there I was wondering if there is sufficent space there to turn up in my Brand X (well a Badford) and join in the day.

Thanks for the compliment Roy and well done to all who have helped organize the event. Least we forget Len Harris , the club mag and membership secretary who has been a quite ill of late and i'm sure i'm not on my own in wishing him a speedy recovery so that he can attend. Len is not pc friendly at all and as such is not on the forum however, the guy is 85 and has been the backbone of the club communications for more years than my abacus goes upto, and has regularly pushed this event for many months through the club mag. Most importantly thanks to everyone who has entered and shown so much enthusiasm for the event..as without this kind of support and enthusiasm for the marque, car clubs and great forums wouldn't exist. Looking forward to seeing near 60 mk3's in pride of place

Got mine through yesterday to It might be worth a mention to get your parts orders in with Steve shears as you may be able to save some postage/waiting time....providing he has space to bring them up of course. Last i heard was that he is attending the show.

Yes of course your right mick,The committee have put in a lot of work/effort over the years and of late some of us members(me included)havent made the effort or have been unable to(price of petrol etc)and alot of us members aint 21 no more ,so some shows have had very poor attendance. On a brighter note i hope Len can make it as i havent seen him for a few years now, thats if i can get there myself
