I live in West Mersea Essex which is a "Large village" of around 6000 people. We do seem to have a larger than average amount of classic cars. My Zodiac, At least 3 E types, Mk2 Jag about 10 propper minis inc' 6 Copper S, Three "Hot Rods", Daimler 250, A Healey 3000, about half a dozen Morris Minors including a low headlight convertable. Two mk1 Escorts, a Mk1 Cavalier, a mk3 Cortina at least 3 MGBs an old MG (the before the the MGA) two TR6s, a Citroen Traction Avant, 2 Camaros a Chevette 3, Triumph Heralds, a Corvette, a Delorean (and another Delorean owner has just moved away) More series Landrovers than you can shake a stick at. These are just the ones I can think of. Anyone else live in a village or small town with loads of classics.

Thats about 3 times the size of my local town Joe and we can scrape together just 7 that I know about. 2 x MGB's, Fiat X19, Triumph 2000TC, 1912 Model T, NSU RO80 with twin rotor Wankel engine and my Zodiac. A guy living about 10 miles away has a large shed full of stuff but is a bit secretive about whats in there. 2 people have smallish classic motorbike collections and tomorrow I have a Rover SD1 2300S 1st series arriving [hopefully]. There's a few old land rovers knocking about mostly held together by corrosion and string that turn up in the cattle and sheep marts from time to time, certainly couldn't call them classics.

Ok so not strictly a village but here are a few cars in the local ford club I belong to www.iowclassicford.com/there are others on the Island mainly old Jaguars, rovers and MG's (mainly big money cars) owned in the majority by fairly well off retired folk.
