Just wondering what kind of club meetings and get togethers you'd like to see in the new year?
2 day weekend camp overs at a show with club barby and nighttime beer up?
Convoy and cruise to a particular show?
Cars shows set in the grounds of stately homes or places of interest so you can balance the time with the Mrs.
Point to point rallies?
Or just a good long run/convoy to the coast picking up members along the way ?
Whats your ideas folks ?

I like all of them ideas, aslong as i can get my zephyr to be bit more reliable.

I agree with Dan66 they all sound good, with this forum it should be easier to promote different events.

It would be good to link up with other clubs, or just other classic car enthusiasts. Much as I like Mk3s, I prefer a show (or a run, or a weekend camp  ) where there is a good selection of vehicles. In my opinion it makes for a more interesting event. |

Weekender for me (makes it worth getting a ferry crossing from the isle of wight) gives more time to meet everyone and have a chat and a look at the cars

Hi All, I think that a varied array of meets would make an interesting club and possably cater for all peoples likes. I love the idea of a good meet up and gathering of like minded folk who all love the same car/cars, Also a BBQ and a few drinks will help make those nights in the tent a bit more bareable...Lol.. Just my Thoughts, Hopefully there will be some good times comming!.. Mabe I will get to meet some of you at them... Thanks, Shane.. ;D |
