As Joe says lots of work but it would look cool 😎 and confuse "know it alls" at car shows. Might be expensive though - Zodiac headlamp repair panels are £220 a side at Express Panels. Don't even think of Zodiac rear end - it would be the thing of nightmares and rust... ☹️
Years ago there used to be a custom Zephyr in Hemel Hempstead, it had a Zodiac Executive interior with floor change and Zodiac bumpers and Crome strip back panels, looked really cool. If I remember correctly he had spotlights and it gave a simular look to the twin headlights. I alway thought about making a custom hybrid grill with a Zodiac grill but with the Z6 centre bar. Another thing you could do although not strictly legal would be to fit Zephyr roof panel and rear doors to a Zodiac........ (I feel a photo shop session coming on)...........

I always wanted to do the extended front doors thing and make into a convertible, another thing they should’ve done. There was also a 2 door pick up truck for sale a while ago, I wonder where that is now. Another one I nearly bought!
A few convertibles were made "back in the day" but I have never seen one that looks right. According to Graham Robsons book Ford did do some drawings but the MK 3 was never intended to be a long term build and the development costs were too high (it would have added 30% to the price)
