Hello and welcome! Sorry I am not aware of any for sale at the moment. The Zephyr 6 is the rarest of the bunch as they were the workhorses of their day. Do consider a 4 or a Zodiac as well. A good 4 is a better drive than a knackered 6. Keep looking in cars for sale and all the other sources. Although people often wish they had kept a car one in storage can deteriorate markedly. In last week's "Bangers and Cash" there was a Jaguar 240 that was last on the road 25 years ago. It made £6k (I think) but the auctioneer said the owner would have got more for it all those years ago when it had an MOT. Mind you I cannot criticise as my Zodiac has been on SORN for a decade!

There is a Mk III V8 custom on eBay at the moment. It is called Zephyr-Zodiac but it is based on a Zephyr 6. It is strong money IMHO but if it interests you I would only consider buying after close examination and a guarantee it will have a new MOT!

Hello Grumpy
Suppose its just a case of looking regularly and getting in quick when the right car turns up.... guess you know the usual places- ebay, gumtree, car and classic, classic car weekly, practical classics, classic car auctions etc
Being fairly grumpy myself I have thus far avoided facebook like the plague, but I think the time has come to join up purely because so many people use it to sell cars and parts instead of ebay with their greedy fees that I'm missing out
Are you looking for something up together or a bit of a project?

There is a Z4 with very low mileage on the market at the moment. It's quite a lot of dosh but looks like it could be worth it in the long run

Yeah that's the one, it's top dollar and has a few irregular iris if you are after an original concourse type car. It is a 64 car but has late model indicators that weren't introduced untill late 65. For that sort of money it should really be 100% original etc etc
