Hello all, I've joined this forum on account of the Mk4 OC being seemingly dead or dormant. Does anyone have any information on this? I've tried their website and facebook pages but they are not in use.
Thanks, Sam.

Hello mate I don't know about the MK4 club but you are welcom on here. I do love a MK4, only owned one and that was an ultra rare MK4 Zodiac estate with manual transmission. Sad to say I bought it for £50 back in 1981 and broke it for the engine and box. Back in the day when MK4s were new my uncle had one and drove me form Leeds to Hemel Hempstead in two and a half hours (and that was before the M1 went all the way. I remember the trip well and don't think the speed dropped below 100 al the way!

Hello and welcome! I ran a Mk IV Zephyr 6 Special for over three years. They were far better cars than the press made out. I rebuilt the rear brakes at one stage (seized callipers initiated it). Some parts were common with the Rover 2000/3500 range but no idea about the discs - sorry...
I knew the website ceased being updated years ago but had no idea about the FaceAche group (you will gather I have no time for Facebook). There was another Mk IV group that I belonged to but the owner seemed to abandon it when the posts descended into continual spam...
I think there is a company that can manufacture new discs for classics but cannot recall their name at present...
