Just saying 'hello' as I have just acquired a '65 Zephyr 4 that's in good overall condition, but will need one or two bits doing over the coming months ready for the summer! Where is the best source for parts? Do people mainly use eBay, or are there specialists that can still source items?

Hi Sam and welcom It all depends on what you need, I would recommend that you joint the owners club (details are on here) they have some parts and you also get access to the parts wanted section on this forum. My usual source of parts is Goldendays in Norfolk, he has an Aladins cave of old Ford parts and is an expert in whatever other parts fit. Zodiac motors in Kent are another, and he is also very knowledgable. Newford parts can also be good. And of course there is good old eBay There are also MK3 and Consul Zephyr and Zodiac Facebook pages So we ar spoiled for choice (still hard to get some bits tho!)

Hello and welcome to the forum!
Totally agree with Joe although I must admit I not on Facebook after bad experiences on an earlier social media site (Bebo)...
My first Mk III was a Zephyr 4, ALT 245B, that disappeared off the radar years ago...

Thanks for the information Joe. I think at the moment the most pressing thing will be an exhaust mounting bracket - mine is currently hanging low enough to foul on speed bumps! If they're not available then I may have to improvise!!

I would just look for generic ones, a good source of stuff like that is either car builder soloutions or rally design. Both have loads of usefull stuff that can be made to fit MK3s
