Nice to be among friends. My name is Joakim and I has always liked the big Fords from GB, so recently I bought a Zodiac -63. It´s not a common car here. If you go to a classic car meet you'll see most American top model cars and old Volvos. Of course, there are other cars, but you'll see about 5 Cadillac -59 and about 0 Zephyr/Zodiac. It makes these cars more interesting I think.
I've been told that my car has been living at the sunny French Riviera until 2010, so the sun has been eating some refinish and interior, it's not in a top stand, so to say. So it cost a 20 part of a Cadillac -59 ... But it drives and I'm gonna restore it slowly, maybe not to mint condition, but ok. I think I will ask one or two questions ... As a Swede, I, of course, have an old Volvo, a pickup -62. I also drive a Norton Commando fastback for 25 years (my English gene again). And a bunch of old mopeds and a hot bulb engine and a company, wife and three kids ... the only thing I don't have is the time I think.
I´ll like to post some pictures, but I don't know how, and its a little late.
Greetings

Hello and welcome to the forum! What type of Volvo pickup - PV544 or Amazon? Great bike as well. My dream bike was a Triton but it never happened although I go to the Ace Café sometimes and dream! Why not post photos of the whole fleet...

Thank you! Of course I would like to post some pictures, but I'm not sure how to do it the easiest way. The Volvo was a P210 estate "Duett" for three years (1962-65) and then was crashed at the rear end. Volvo took it back and sold it as a chassie, and it was built as a pickup.

www.facebook.com/joakim.haraldsson.75/videos/2184747381539829/Here is a video when the pre-owner Conny is starting up my engine. It,s a 12HP Storebro (Swedish manufacturer who makes boats today), it has been doing its duty at a peat moss(?). It's modified with glow plug, so you don't have to warm it up with a blow torch. If you have 12V, you can start it in one minute. Nice Bolinder in the video (also Swedish, as you might know), I have an old Bolinder tractor, a -57 BM 230 Victor (Bolinder-Munktell, later Volvo-BM) with 2 cylinder Diesel, nice sound ... I hope you can see the video. www.facebook.com/joakim.haraldsson.75/videos/2184747381539829/
